Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 10, 2026 | Governed by the laws of New York State
Please read this carefully before using our website or purchasing any of our products. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you are agreeing to these terms. We've written them in plain language so they're easy to understand. If something is unclear, feel free to contact us before making a purchase.
Who We Are
We (DigitalKrystles, LLC/DigitalDental.IO) create and sell digital products designed specifically for dental professionals — including but not limited to online courses, downloadable guides, templates, clinical checklists, practice management tools, and educational resources (collectively, "Products").
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases you make. By accessing our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Our Products Are for Educational Use Only
Our digital products are intended for educational and professional development purposes only. They are designed to support dental professionals, students, and practice staff in their work — but they do not constitute dental advice, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Nothing in our products should replace your own professional judgment, clinical training, or the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider. Always apply your own expertise and comply with the regulations in your state and jurisdiction.
Digital Products — What You're Buying
When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use that product for your own professional or educational purposes. This means:
You may download, save, and use the product for yourself or within your own practice.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share login credentials, or use the product to create competing products.
You may not share course access, login links, or downloadable files with others who have not purchased the product.
Group or team licensing is available — please contact us for pricing if you'd like to use a product across multiple staff members.
Creating an Account
Some products may require you to create an account to access your purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login information safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us right away if you think someone has accessed your account without your permission.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, though this will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Delivery of Digital Products
After a successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product by email or through your account dashboard, typically within a few minutes. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we'll get it sorted out promptly.
Please note: because our products are delivered digitally, access is granted immediately upon purchase. For this reason, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All content in our products — including written materials, videos, audio recordings, graphics, templates, and course materials — is our original work and is protected by copyright law. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership to you.
You may not reproduce, publish, broadcast, or use our materials to create derivative works without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and products responsibly. You may not:
Use our products in any way that violates federal, state, or local laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
Use our products to harass, deceive, or harm others
Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape our website content or materials
Disclaimer of Warranties
We do our best to make sure our products are accurate, up to date, and useful. However, we provide all products and content "as is" — meaning we cannot guarantee that the information will always be perfectly current or error-free. Dental guidelines and regulations change, and it is your responsibility to verify any clinical or regulatory information with current authoritative sources.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages that result from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product involved.
Third-Party Links
Our website or products may include links to outside websites for your convenience. We do not control or endorse those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting third-party sites is at your own discretion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our website or products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York State.
