All Sales Are Final — No Refunds on Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do

not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase is completed.

We want you to feel confident before you buy. Please read this policy and review all product descriptions

carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, contact us first —

we're happy to help you decide if it's the right fit for you.

1 Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

All of our products are delivered in digital format — including online courses, downloadable PDFs, templates,

checklists, guides, and educational content. Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, it cannot be

"returned" the same way a physical item can.

Because access to the full content is granted immediately at the time of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds

after delivery. This is consistent with standard practices for digital goods and is permitted under New York State

law when the no-refund policy is clearly disclosed before purchase, as it is here.

2 New York State Law Disclosure

Under New York General Business Law § 218-a, retailers are required to clearly post their refund policy.

In compliance with this law, we disclose the following:

We do not offer cash refunds, credits, or exchanges on any digital product purchases.This policy applies to all digital products including but not limited to: online courses, video content,

downloadable files, templates, and guides.

This policy is posted on our website, at checkout before payment is completed, and in your order

confirmation email.

3 What Is Covered by This Policy

This no-refund policy applies to all purchases made through our website, including:

Online dental continuing education courses

Downloadable guides, eBooks, and reference materials

Clinical templates, checklists, and practice forms

Practice management tools and digital kits

Video training content and recorded webinars

Any other digital product sold through our website

4 Exceptions — When We May Issue a Credit

While our policy is strictly no refunds, we understand that things don't always go as expected. We will review

requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours

and we will issue a store credit for the duplicate charge.

Technical failure on our end: If a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing a product

you purchased and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a store credit.

Product not delivered: If you paid but never received access to your purchase and we cannot deliver it, we

will issue a full store credit or resolve the issue promptly.

Please note: change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with results are not grounds for a refund or credit

under this policy.

Our advice before you buy: Read the product description in full, check any preview materials or free

samples we offer, and email us with any questions. We want you to be sure a product is right for you before

you purchase it.5 Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company after purchasing one of our

products, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access to that product and any future

purchases while the dispute is under review.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. We are always

willing to work with you to find a fair solution.

6 Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If we offer any subscription-based products or memberships, the following applies:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until

then.

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription.
